Coppy all website (URL)of your interest in one of your your excel file. Paste and organize them by category into the cells visible page. for example www.mylot.com is pasted. Once you click this website it automatically opens in quick and faster than using internet browser.
Copy the address of your "sign in" page and paste it to you desktop excel. When you click, it will automatically bring you in the "sign in" page without passing internet browser main page.

Its a good option , But I guess you can do the same by adding the url to your favorites in Internet explorer and organise it as folders as well..

You are right if your PC at home is internet connected. But if you are working in a net cafe somewhere else, you don't use your favorite internet browser any more. what your bringing now is your handy thumbdrive. Why excel? It is because you can hide, and protect the cell.
