Hello!! Well I have been writing to this site associatedcontent.com and I'm not a very good writer, but they pay me $4 for 1 single article, you should try it. If you're a really good writer they'll pay you more. Give it a try, and they pay you as soon as they accept your article you don't have to wait to reach a minimum amount. They also pay for the views your article gets. Good luck!

I been on it for 2 weeks, and it is too good to be true but it's true =) I was amazed myself, being that I'm not such a good writer and I have english as I second language, sometimes I misspell words, and my punctuation is also bad. But I did get paid $4 for one single article, it does take a little long for them to review the article, it took about a week, but it was worth it. I'm gonna keep writing to them.

Yes, it's possible to make a living as a writer, but not too likely if you're going to concentrate on fiction. SEO article writing pays well, but you also have to be a very good writer. Unfortunately, since you live in India, Associated Content will only pay you for page views. They don't pay upfront to anyone who doesn't live in the US. If you build up a good portfolio with them and get lots of readers, you can make a decent amount of money just from the page views ($1.50 per thousand), but it will take time. There are a lot of online sites that pay writers small amounts, but if you want better pay, you have to brush up your English and make sure your spelling and grammar are perfect. A lot of sites have been discussed here on Mylot, and you can find them by doing a search from the box at the top of the page. If you add "writing" to your interests, new discussions will come up in your "interests" tab above the posts.

First off I'm sure you are good a many things but we are so critical of ourselves maybe you just dont see it/them yet ya know....That said however..I think that yes one can definately make a living out of writing I mena think about it, ppl do it all the time....If you are just a teen still I would suggest that you keep writing first and foremost and also do some research on various lines of work for writers as well as publishing processes etc etc....

You'll be success on something if you have passion-and-desire upon it. It applies in writing also. I don't know about you, but I put aside money while pursuing my career. Money, fame, or something related to them are the worst driving force to succeed. I am a writer and also an editor, just like you, maybe.
