what is the best partner for rice?

For me, all Filipino viand is the best partner of rice, especially "pakbet" my favorite.

I also like adobo (chicken or pork) with my rice, I'm not sure what is the best, because every dish with meat or fish are good in rice, in my opinion.

In India the best partner with nice can be a curry,and curry has a large lot varities , you can try..You can have fried rice and so called biriyani etc :)

hi abee1020, my dear freind, i love rice a lot, my day starts with rice and night goes by eating rice. i love rice, and i enjoy eating it everyday in every meal. i love thew sweeet dish aslo prepared of rice. puddings and all i just love them. one we make is boiling milk with sugasr and adding a little rice and then whole lots of dry fruits. it is sooooo tasty. i love to have that cold , it is eaten hot also but i like it cold. i love to have kidney beans and chikpeas the most with my rice.

Rice with curry chicken,pork or beef. They are partners made in food heaven. lol!

Beans! In brazil we eat rice and beans, if you ask any brazilian what goes best with rice they'll tell you beans, lol. So there you go.

I prefer "Sambar".Its a south India curry which is the best partner for rice. Hey abee1020 why dont u try that. If you get a chance to come to India, please dont forget to taste it. Its superb. Try it.

I like chicken very much.I prefer fried rice and chili chicken.I love biriyani too. Usually I like to have rice every time.but it is not possible on ech occation that I would have rice .

I live in the US. Where we don't eat a lot of rice as a meal, we do for dessert. Rice pudding with ciniman and raisins. My grandmother made that all the time as a warm afternoon snack after school or even cold in the summer time.
