Have you ever had a get-together with teacher friends? I did, and it is one of the best times I have ever had. We all know each other on a daily basis, experience similar stresses, and love to talk. Well, after hours it is a different story that brought laughter and venting. It was reminiscent of a great therapy session because no one had a frown or empty heart. Everyone spoke up, told kid stories, mentioned funny tales, ate finger foods, and drank some beverages. This beat any professional development, continuing ed. course, or parent-teacher conference anywhere. We all had such fun that it will be repeated every month. I love my colleagues, and would do anything for them. We truly let our daily plan books go, and had an evening of woman's adult fellowship. Let me know what you do in your neck of the woods when your students go home.

yes! we are closed to our teacher but still we put the limitation as a teacher and students.Inside the classroom they are the superior but when it comes outside the university they are my friends that i can share my problems. They are professionals and i admire and respect them.
