Do you think Alex ferguson makes Man utd or do you think they all make a great team? I think he is a driving force and because the players respect him then he gets the best out of them, it will be a sad day when he retires.

I think that Alex ferguson is the main factor. No all manager can direct cantankerous guys like Cristiano Ronaldo and Rooney so well.

I agree with Andry777 opinion because for me only the good manager will able to handle the egos of the big superstars, manage all the players in the team and the most importantly identify and grow the potential player to be the future superstar.

well in a professional team like Man U a manager's role is definitely important, not just because he can drive his team but also his tactical abilities that can really decide a game result specially when playing against a tough opponent. Well the problem with Sir Alex is he managed Man u for so long that i do believe it will be very-very hard to find his replacement in the future

I think Sir Alex Ferguson is a great coach. The great team is started from great leader and Sir Alex as a leader in the team do his job excellent. He can control any situation in his team and he can control his player who become star like Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, eric Cantona, Roy Keane, etc. He can create squad from young man so regeneration in Manchester United always flow and this is Sir Alex's talent.
