My PC was actually assembled by me so it doesn't have a brand. It's cheaper and easier to upgrade compared to buying a pre-assembled, branded PC. My laptop though, is an Acer. It was cheaper than other laptops of different brands with the same specs.

Hi,
Unfortunately my pc has no brand. I was looking to buy one a while ago but for what I was looking for in a PC I could not find in any pre-build machines.
So with the things that I was looking for I had to build mine from scratch. Yes it did cost a lot more than the pre-built machines but I do not mind as I now have exactly what I wanted.
I was looking for a machine that was going to be good for high end gaming and for the family to use as a central storage for their files (Almost like a media server). All of the machines that I looked at only had 4Gb max of Ram instead of 8 which i was looking for. The only issue with that was the machines had the basic 32 bit version of windows vista on it. I do not know of you realise that windows will only use a max of 3gb on that version so to use more than 3gb you need to get a machine with the 64 bit edition on it.

i chose HP because it was the cheapest PC at the time when i went to go buy it. it also has all the necessities i need. another reason why i got it is because it was on sell and because of its size. the tower isn't as big as the others and i like the black case it comes in
