Well, trust me, I'm not a baker and I like quick, easy recipes too. I found this one, don't know if it sounds like a good one or not, lol! I'm really not familiar with Honey Cakes but at least I tried. Good Luck!

I don't think this will be considered a "recipe" as all the ingredients are not displayed. Oh rules, rules, rules.
If you go to "Guidelines" under "Now For The Don'ts", count down to number #13....it states No Recipes. But this isn't a recipe so I wouldn't worry about it all. I don't know why they don't...we could ALL use good recipes, you know? And how much fun would that be?, lol!

I have never heard of a Honey Cake until
I have seen your discussion here today so I decided to look it up.
Sounds very delicious.
1-2 hours cooking time is rather lengthy.
How is 30-60 minutescooking time:

Yes the cooking time is long but well worth it. Honey cake is actually a very old world food. The recipes I had at home require lots of prep time and then a long baking time. I didn't want to go through a huge process of preparing it. Thank you for sharing and I do hope you enjoy making your Honey cake *smiles*
