water and taste of pizza, what you think?

Hi max, Ofcourse you'll need the water in order of making a perfect dough. However, if the tapwater in your house is not to your likings, you could always used bottled water instead.

Hi maxroosters! I would say being from Italy that you know more about this than me but I would say it is important when making the dough. If my water had sulpher or something like that in it..I would guess it would effect the taste.
