Have you tried any vitamin waters, fruit flavor waters that energize, calcium rich beverages, that help in keeping the joints and bones healthy. I've only tried one here and there, so it doesn't make me an expert but I still like plan old tap water! Besides some of these drinks are not exactly deserving of our praise. Take Glaceau Vitamin Water, with various vitamins and minerals for helping in many of our health needs. They help boost our energy and immune systems, keep us focused and aid in our bone and joint health. So they've said! Some research finds that the flavors of these waters may be the only benefit one gets from the supposed healthy benefit not to mention the unusual ingredients that are being introduced to our bodies. Are you drinking these waters? If so have you checked them out?

I have not really gotten into these new types of water. I just drink simple purified water. I now take some multivitamin supplements and it seems to be working fine for me. Cheers!!

Actually, it's a marketing appeal for vitamin-enriched food. But I think it's more commertial than health. The best source off vitamin are our natural food, like fruits...
