no money for the new year..

Happy new year everyone!
Now I'm in this company for two months and last month I just took half of the real salary that the boss have promised.It's ok,others in the company is the same.But now he give me none for the vocation,and said that you 'll get the salay after the new year,on work days.So I have no one word in my mind.Befor this moment,I just haven't expected that he would give me extra money but the salary.But why the boss can do this thing and just think it's all right.

Dear Vivianh, happy new year. I am so sorry for what you have said. I guess you just graduate from school . You boss is not a person you should work for him for a long time . He do not know how to manage his staffs. Work hard and deposit the money when you get enough money , you can leave the company and find another job. Have good luck in the new year .
