I always did when I first learnt how to really cook a meal in the kitchen. Although I am doing better now, still... I always try to use as few tools as I can but everytime I cook, I end up using more bowls and tools and stuff. Although I have a dish washer, you don't run it everyday because like you always need the spatula...
How about you guys?

i used to but i wash the utensils after using them. i don't really like seeing my counter dirty. before, i used to wash everything after i finish cooking and when i started eating, my food had already gone cold. so each time i finish using a bowl for instance i wash it right away. at the end, i only have to wash the last things that is the spatula and the pan. so now, my food is still hot when i get to it!

i have been working in restauant kitchens for years and i am use to just use to giving all my dishes to the dishwasher. so when i cook at home it is just a disaster in the sink. but oh well thats why we have dishwashers i could not imagine having to wash and dry every single dish.
