Why people are scared of talking about S8x with childrens or in General in the society??Why they dont discuss in open??

We are bought up in such situation where it is thought us in mind.It is deeply fixed in everyone's mind that sharing views about s8x is indecent.So nobody wants to reveal things.But there are some people who discuss things boldl,but again the society makes a negative eye on them.

But dont you think this method of not talking creates more curiosity for younger generation due to which many other problems like HIV+ is also a reason due to this mentality

I wasn't taught it was indecent, but it is improper to talk about. And that is because it's an extremely personal and intimate experience that should be kept that way (between only husband and wife). As topic of conversation it should be kept to close friends at most! As topic of teaching, children should be taught in basic, clean concepts what it is, who it is for and what the consequences are. The teaching is by age and understanding, but ought to start as soon as they realize that boys and girls are different.
