Can I do this?

Hi, I'm a small scale writer who would love to make livelihood out of it. I am planing to start a blog,... a group blog actually. But I don't have any idea how this is possible or IF this is possible. All I want to do is have a blog into which i can log in with my usual email and password and at the sametime, others can write in it. Is this possible without signing in? I really don't want to give away my password to total strangers. So, is it possible to start a group blog?

I don't know a site that works exactly that way, but if a group of people all join the same blog hosting site they can post comments on each others blogs freely.
I blog at Get Paid From Us and members of GPFU post comments on each other's blogs without having to go through moderation. I moderate all external comments from non members before any of those appear on my blogs. It is a revenue sharing site where members get paid monthly.
