W/c would you like to be? A christian who serves God or a Christian only in name

But you can be a Christian who serves God and be a Christian in name. I see where you're coming from though. In our society, saying that you're a Christian means nothing.

I strive to be a Christian who serves God, although I'm sure I make some shortcomings in that area. Then again no one does; we are all imperfect.

I congratulate you bulachika. A christian is one who follows the teachings of Christ. Where can I find his teachings? In the Bible. When you do this you are a true christian. If Jesus didn't lie and you lie, you are not a follower. If your family last name is Armin and they are honest people, you have to be like them in order to say you are a true Armin. Get it? If I want to be like Christ I have to behave like He did. Is there any blessing in that? YES! There are many people that doesn't want to be honest and be as the Bible says they should be. But what if at the end we discover that the Bible is the truth. I prefer to be a good christian like Jesus was. It doesn't cost too much. The better I am, the more people I'll make happy. If I like that everybody be good to me, and I do the same, don't you think that this would be a better world to live? There are many crisis in this days. We have to unite and help each other in order to diminish the unhappiness that many people is suffering. Christians have to return to the Scripture and see what is the better way to be and help others that need a helpful hand to sustain them in their sufferings and needs. The governments are not able to help us, don't wait for them, they are trying to help themselves. Do something for you! The only one who can help you is God! Ask for His help, I'm sure your life will be better.

Because there are SO many fake Christians. To be a Christian that truly loves and serves God is very rare considering how many people say that they are Christian. It truly breaks my heart.
