How is your relationship with your boss at work?

I could say that I have a good relationship with my boss. THere could be disagreements but we see to it that we make thing clear and proper. How about you can you share what and how is your relationship with your boss at work?

Boss.. I don't have one yet, but I'll have one from June 1. Yes, this is my first job after academics and I am waiting to see how is my boss, I mean can/will he help me for my career growth. Ya I heard there are few bosses who ruin their subordinates career. I suggest you a novel 'The Night At The Call Center', and this is a tribute to bad bosses ha ha ha. In this the author, Chetan Bhagat, explains how a bad boss can screw up your attitude towards everything
