I once heard that normally a person without food he can live for a week or a little more and without water,he can just live for three or four days.
Once i have tried just eating some apples (may six or seven,i forget the exact number)to go through a week(just for losing weight). But i feel nothing.I was still energetic~~~I was confused. My friend even jokes to me to say we human may like the green plants,we can live by photosynthesis, either.
How many days can we live without food? What did you think about it? What about yourself?

Since our body is made up of 60 to 70 percent of water, it is possible to survive without food but of course this would do some damage to a persons body in the long. Remember Jesus survived 40 days without any food in the desert without food so I think an ordinary person can survive up to 2 weeks.

I was told you can live without food for 5 days and water for 3, even an apple a day would keep you alive will do all sorts of harm to your body if done for too long though as you wouldnt be getting all the vitamins you need, after all its not about how much we eat but what we eat.
