I was very much worried myself, with my life, with my carrier until I met this person, one of my closest who just thought me that 'thoughts and reactions' to any problems or difficulties is the main factor that keeps you away from happiness..How thoughtful isn't it?

that gr8.another secret for being happy is :remember: visualization leads to manifestation.first u visualize that u r happy.then the unseen hand takes a cognizance of this wish and makes real conditions that u r indeed happy.think on this.ican give u lots of examples from my own life.best of luck.

You know that there are only two things you have to do in life to be happy. I have experienced it myself and it is right. The two things are..."accept" and "change".
You just hange what you can't accept and accept what you can't change. It sounds kinda tuff and sounds bad but it is atually easy. Just do these two things and you don't have to change your thinking or anything....and you'll be happy...

you know what this is definitely true. whatever we think will definitely affect us. worst it will dread us into depression that will make us worthless of anything that we suppose to enjoy and indulge. we only live once. whatever mistakes, problems, regrets that we are facing now. just think of it as life's lesson. and we should learn. all of these shall pass. i myself is in confusion stage and have a lot of regrets but what can i do? i've done it. what i can do now is to correct it. happy mylotting.
