I would have to say my favorite is French toast smothered with maple syrup. YUMMY It's so quick and easy to make. I don't always have it for breakfast, in fact I've seen myself having them for an evening snack along with a cup of tea. ~proudnana~

Well, if calories didn't exist, I'd opt for the french toast. Yum, yummy, and yummier are words that come to mind when I think about French toast. I do occasionally eat waffles, but they are the Kellog's brand that is health smart. Surprisingly, they are quite good. I never put butter on them, and the sugar free syrup is just right.

It's a tough call because I like them all. I think French Toast would have to be my favourite. But then it is more than just the taste--it's also the memories associated with them. I first tried French Toast when I was about 15, in the restaurant of a hotel where my family was staying on vacation. Waffles would be a close second. But I'm talking about Belgian waffles, freshly made, with whipped cream and strawberries or blueberries on top. Eggos are nice but just not the same. But of course there is nothing wrong with pancakes either! Every so often we will even have them for dinner, just to be different.

I prefer waffles. I like to put peanut butter on them. I thought it was gross until I tried it and now they are my fave! I like blueberry pancakes as well as chocolate chip pancakes! As for French Toast I am sure I am missing out as I have only had it during my school years and as everyone knows, school food isn't very good. One of these days I will have to try the real stuff. Who knows, my answer may change!

I rarely eat a breakfast that contains eggs and bread or flour. Taxes my digestive system that is used of fruit until noon. Occasionally, I, like you really enjoy a nice piece of French Toast, with butter and Maple Syrup. I love to add a bit of vanilla and cinnamon to the egg mixture. It is so delicious! My Mom makes the best waffles though. Sometimes, if I have spent the night, she will make waffles for breakfast. It is really good but then I need to fall asleep for an hour or so. I enjoy a light breakfast occasionally of crepes but is on the week end as is the above. Sometimes we will have pancakes with bacon for a dinner. It is a nice switch. I love potato pancakes as well. Another dish that my Mom enjoys to make us all for an occasional breakfast. Thank you for this discussion.

hi my dear friend, i would say that they all are very delicious but if my and my family's personal choice is asked then we all will vote to french toast. we all love it and it is very tasty. it is so easy that my hubby loves to make it and that gives me rest and help. once i added green chillies finely chopped ones, and from that day when ever i make, i add them, everyone in my family loves it. two days back on sunday we made it. i had some guest at home and i offered this . they were for lunch so i had a big fat lunch , so i decided to make this for the breakfast. it was liked by everyone.

I would prefer french toast as well. I think it seems a bit more filling and flavorful than pancakes or waffles.

Hi. cndn420. I love french toast too. My husband can make delicious french toast. I also love to eat his famous pancakes too. He makes them so large, thin and buttery. OMG! I will have either french toast or pancakes just as long as my husband is making them.
