what is the best home computer till date in the market

i m asking about the best computer available in the market
i believe quad core is in the market which is available for home users but is there anything more powerful than quad core also

I think as for a user level, the best computers are the Apple Macs. Its wise for functionality and productivity. You don't have to be a computer engineer, developer or a technician. And be basically as a computer user and put all the energy to creativity and productivity.
As a computer user first you have to think what will you be from 3 to 4 years from now. In using the computer: Will the user will be the same person?; Or it has been gain more development because of productivity?
And if the computer user gains and develop more productivity then probably or the possibility the space to decide to upgrade or buy the latest technology and trends of Apple. And it is like buying an apple fruit and not in just one but more than a dozen apples.

You maybe right you hardly seen or just few of them as you know. But this a-few users you may know are more creative and productive than other pc users.
A computer main function is to be productive a user and not only mainly for gaming or other consuming purposes. If you see some high definitions 3D animation movies, tv commercials, MTV, documentaries, computers games or console games mostly who created these are using Mac computers.
From Mac Mini, Desktop Macs, Notebook Macs up to Server Macs and only main functions are for creativity and productivity of the users. It is highly secured, stable and doesn't even need or not necessary to have some antivirus, firewall, defragment or scandisk. As I said earlier, is like this that you don't have to be rocket scientist to know a Mac or know what inside a
Mac computer of what have you buy for a Mac or what you for really most want for a computer functionality are already on the package of a Mac. Apple Mac technology has an Intel inside, 8 Core Intel Processor on Mac Pro (and can accomodate 32Gb of RAM memory). NVidia or ATI. OLED Displays. integrated Bluetooth and wireless connections. And many, many more.
Well it is more pricey than a regular PC for desktop level configurations. But if a PC can configure with the same as an iMac (Apple Mac's desktop computers) the PC can really be more expensive than iMac. Plus a PC can must have need a big casing, a lot of noisy big blowers or some leaking water cooled tubing in order to surpass an iMac. An iMac just working quietly.
Lots of easy to use software applications on the market and also a lot of free to download or to install. You can install by boot camp and use them side by side of other OS, like Windows Vista or Linux Ubuntu. A lot of very exciting and interesting games of what been playing on a PC also.

i have hardly seen any MAC pc for a home user
so what wud u like to say

there is another one called quad extreme or due extreme or probably both are available in market
core quad is the fastest. the extreme cpus have little less clock speed but they offer other great power to better multi-threading, etc
amd ofcourse is behind intel. amd hsan't got as powerful cpu as intel's yet

I think intel is making a 6 core processor for home users i think that will be best processor AND it will more powerful than Quad core.
