Global warming or Global cooling?

Hello everyone!
I am sure you have all read about the climate changes and global warming... A friend told me a few days ago that the case is reversing, the polar ices being restored after the solar activity has been significantly reduced..
What do you think? Are these climatic changes really to be attributed to the sun or human actions?

whether if its global cooling or global warming, our earth is in trouble. the problem isn't the sun, its the actions of all the people in the world. the earth has a limited amount of resources and people around the world continue to use it like there's an unlimited supply. hopefully we can stop polluting the earth and allow the earth to regenerate or something..
