What is your comfort food?

Whats your your go to food when you need a pick me up? Mines anything potatoe; mashed, baked, fried, broiled, roasted it doesnt matter I love potatoes.

I like variety, so it might be anything fabulous that I can dream up at that time. My only requirement is that it be delightfully good and well presented. I am very creative when I am in the dumps. I have to be very careful because I will go shopping and come back and prepare a gourmet buffet for one.
