The dolls named after the Obama children

I haven't seen the dolls of which you speak. But to be honest I think it's wrong that she ask them to stop producing them. I understand her reasoning if she wants her kids to not have the issues that this might create but to be honest when you put yourself in the spot light, the vultures will mimic everything about you.From clothing to dolls. We are free and the fact that we are gives them this ability to do such. If a celeberaty like madonna didn't want something styled or modeled after her people would be irrate saying she chose to be a celeberatey in the lime light . Well I have to say michelle obama knew when her husband was running for president that she and her family would be in the spotlight. So no I don't think they should dump the dolls ..What I do think is the m=Mrs. obama should find a way to make this a postive thing rather than a negative thing.

Even though the dolls may not look like Michelle's children, the company is probably trying to capitalize on the names, hoping to make money from it...but then look at everything that has been done to make money since Obama was running for president. He loved it up because it was part of getting him elected. It was a free country when President Bush was in office...so if it still is, Michelle has no right to tell people what to do. J. Crew is already selling clothes in the likeness of the clothes they designed for Michelle's children. She needs to get used to it. She wanted to be first lady....but she cannot tell people what to do.
