tankafett.com for swedish thepiratebay at some new movies where there are many seeders can go up to several mb, I sometims download movies in a minute there. Torrents is all about the seeders and not so much about the speed of a website unlike some ftp hosters.

There are no "fast" websites, everything depends on the "seeders" the people who share the information with torrents. The torrent itself is a link to the file that you can download with help of a bittorent program. Just find torrents with many seeders or atleast more seeders than leechers( people who download) because it can't go fast when 100 people download from one guy. There are no super computers yet and the speed is limited.
