no i win't buy Mac. therer are many reasons by i wont buy Mac. Mac is not very common Computer used and thus not every softare, game , etc is available for MAC. I am very much familiar with Windows, therefore won't be able to use MAC as good as i can use PC Mac is good for security as it is not the most common system that gets hacked by the hackers, probably this makes Mac distinguished from PC

Around my school, it is the most common computer around that I see. What is great about Mac is that Windows can be run on a Mac now so compatibility is no longer an issue. Also with this, games that are for Windows can be played on Macs. So you get the quality and two operating systems.

No... not at all there are many hardware and software compatibility issues even you pay more you will not get flexibility and maintenance for mac PC and OS. Please think twice before buying MAC this is my personal opinion after all you do what ever you want to do

There are very little compatibility issues unless you are talking about gaming. If you are then of course I would suggest buying a PC such as Alienware. Macs are far easier to keep up because they don't get viruses and there is little to no scanning that needs to be done because they are built so the user doesn't have to run or deal with all of the crap that PC users have to deal with. You can run Windows on a Mac for heaven's sakes. There's a drop box between the two. Compatibility issues? Not anymore.

Yes, definitely if my budget allows. I will go for the Mac. My first choice will be Mac Book Air, Slimmest laptop.

Caution on the Mac air. While it may be the slimmest laptop, it might not have on it what you're looking for. Be aware that it has no disc drive and has limited USB drives. I would only buy the MacAir if you travel around a lot. If you're going to use it as a primary computer I would shy more towards the MacBook Pro. If you're going to spend the money on a MacAir and use it as your main computer, I would just pay the extra and get a LOT more than you would with the Air. I would also take into consideration how hard you are on your materials that you buy. If you are a little rough on your items I would also suggest going for the MacBook Pro. It is a little bit bulkier (I chuckle because it's still VERY thin) but it will hold up better in the event of something hitting it or it being jarred. Just some food for thought. That's awesome that you're interested in getting a mac though! Good choice!

If I can afford to buy a Mac, sure thing I would buy one. But due to a lot of expenses I am paying I would rather pay for it for now. I can buy it some other time, I think when budget is high. Welocme to myLot!

Nope, I don't think so.. So many incompatibility issues, I would buy a PC that I know I could use for anything I would want..

This is one of the responses I receive when I ask this question. Have you considered the fact that Macs now boot up in Windows and that you can also buy Parallels, a program allowing Windows to run inside Mac OSX? There is a drop box that runs between the two systems allowing the users to transfer material seamlessly on the same system.

I would never buy a Mac as there are many hardware software problems. I don't like Mac at all. I mean in India hardly any one uses it and hence there will be a lot of problems if I buy it.
