Greatttt Doubt!!! - How 2 find our Blog Feed URL?

Hi Friends,
First of all my morning, noon and evening wishes according to their respective times on their Country.
Now my question is...
Just today i entered into blog categories and i saw one tab named "Submit your blog"I wished to submit my blog and entered my blog added my blog and entered other details.
but i dont know what to add in the "Feed URL"
Mylotters, can anyone help me clearing my doubt.
I searched in Google..
headaching.. i am not interested to find the result by searching as i have the belief that any of my felow mylottians will help me.
Expecting the result soon from any of my friend or persons who are going to be my new friend.

I am sorry to learn that your doubt is still there and nobody has the reply to get rid of your doubt. Unfortunately I also don't know the answer.
I am not a bloger too. Recently I joined one of my friend's blog but I can't work for her due to the lack of time.

Haha.. its okay dear..
I actually forget this now. I had this doubt because 9 months back i joined in mylot blog. it asked for url feed. then i later loast interest in mylot blog category and left it off. recently i found a link for this explanation. i am still not sure about that and i didnt had enough interest to read fully. you can check this link, in case if you want.
