First of all, you need to set a target weight. How much do you weigh now, and whats normal weight for your height and age. and also ask yourself what do u like for fun that you can at least exert physical exercise and can enjoy doing it too?, maybe u dont lose weight coz you are bored to the physical exercise that you chose?. start playign games like badminton, or running, jogging or aerobic exercise. Do it with your friends too. And maybe start to limit those fatty and salty foods. Try to consume more fruits and vegetables in yout diet:)
Happy mylotting!!!

Beside um...not eating...
There's always excercise - just walking for a few extra minutes can be a good start. Maybe try going for a jog outside, or ride a bike.
As for food, it's not really how much you eat, but what you eat - and when. Eating a lot of fast foods, or foods with a lot of grease and oil, can lead to gaining a lot of weight if you eat them regularly. Not eating those kinds of foods at all would be best. And try not to eat after 8PM, or even earlier. Mainly just stop eating completely after dinner - have a glass of water, that can fill you up.
You can also try eating smaller portions for meals, this makes digesting them faster. Even smaller portions but more meals can lead to some weight loss.

Please check out http://www.letsdolunch.com - this gentleman lost a large amount of weight himself and took what he learned in the process and developed a weight loss plan that anyone can follow - very simple and not expensive to follow. While there, check out the success stories on the message board - there are a number of people there who experienced improvement in various medical problems once they started following the plan and losing weight.

You need to create a defliction in calories, cut your intake by 500 a day and burn 500 calories a day with exercise.
This will lead to a weightloss of 2lb a week
Try low impact exercise such as walking if you have asthma.
Hope this helps and good luck with your weightloss
