Blocking e-mails

How can i block some users who are sending unwanted mails to gmail account?

Use spam filters. It is available for free you can do so many filtration using the spam filters. Some are freewares and they are available. If you want ask me and I will send you the place where you can get it for free.

I think in gmail there is an option to mark that email as spam and then to block them completely
