I havent seen a heavy snow in our area for many years, not to mention on the first day of Chinese lunar new year.I am so happy coz a white world looks so beautiful and pure. My cousins and I made a snowman together. The snow is not heavy enough.Due to our bad skills ,Im afraid you can hardly tell what it is.We dont have many chances to practice making a snowman. So what about you?Can you make a snowman in winter in your area? If the answer is yes, do you like making snowmen? And are you good at it?lol.Have a good day!

No ,I am not good at making a snowman . But I think ,before start, plan where you want the snowperson to go, and how big you want it to be.Gather a handful of snow and pack it tightly with your two hands, shaping it into a ball. Make one very large snowball. Make another snowball a little bit smaller.Make another snowball which is smaller still. I only knew these .

There is a LOT of snow around here, but if it's too "powdery" it won't make a good snowman. We've been piling it up into a huge hill - kind of like creating a good stock of snow to create forts, snowmen, and snowballs with. When that's packed into "good snow," we make our men. It's a lot of fun. Sometimes we just make a huge snowball that we push all over the yard. Those things get REALLY heavy! I have a "snowman kit" that comes with hats, eyes, a fake carrot for the nose, buttons, and scraves. We hunt for the branches to use for the arms, which is a lot of fun. Sometimes we make one snowman, which stands tall in the field of snow much like a scarcrow guarding its crop. And, on other times, we'll make one for each member of the family (we'll try to resemble the size and charectoristics of each person). It's a lot of fun!
