If you have lost a sister, like me, how do you deal with that and move forward?

My only sister died in 2002, and I have had a very difficult letting go and moving forward. If you have also lost a sibling, do you have any advice, or ways to help deal with this loss, and stop living in the past? I know it is ok to mourn, but it seems as though I just cannot get past the worst part of my grief. Thank you for any advice.

i'm sorry about your sister. i to lost my only sister a long time ago, 1962. i still miss her very much. i will trll you it gets easier w/time but i will never understand why u had to die. dhe was 18 months younger than i & we had a very cloes relationship. it took a long, long time to except the fact that she was gone.i hope things get better for you.
