To me a friend is a person who has compatibility you are looking for and is the one you don't hesitate to share your feelings in the real sense of the word.He/She is the one you would want to confide in and still be comfortable with yourself.A friend is one who normally will stand by you in times of your need and still would not make you feel burdened with having done any favour to you.A friend is a very special relationship and needs to be nurtured tenderly and carefully.I will look forward to your valued opinions before commenting ane further although I have lot to say on this topic.

A true friend is rare but once you find it you hve to value it and work at it. I thought I had a few good friends and realized that was not the story. Mylot has become a place for me that was fun and now I don't come on here much at all anymore. I am being slandered and made to come off as a witch. This is not the place for friends in the real world to share this space. Things get said to put me down and it's not appreciated. Especially when they are lies, half truths and made the other person feel like they can do no wrong. Most times it's the other person who is doing and saying all the hurtful stuff and blaming the one they are talking about. I made a promise not to come on here as much as I use to because of one person. I will not make comments about the issues because this is not the place to sort them out.
I help anyone and everyone even people I don't know and with this person I helped beyond my means and now I'm treated like I have the plague. I'm tired of arguing and fighting. I want and need friends in my life not just when there is something going on so it can be passed along with the daily gossip. Trust is a hard thing to get over when it's broken.

One thing I have come to realize is that friends are special when you find real ones. I have been hurt by people I have considered friends so many times that I have come to believe a friend is someone who will never intentionally hurt you, a person who will be with you through hard times as well as happy times. I think friends should accept you the way you are. Most importantly, a friend should be someone you can talk to about anything and have wonderful experiences together. For those true friends I have, I will be extremely grateful for. Friends are wonderful and I couldn't live without them.
