Is a cleanner environment too costly?

Nobody like to live in a polluted environment.Yet cleaning up our envionment costs money as well as jobs.That sounds like common sense.Is that really the case?

I donot agree with this statement..If citizens have a sense of cleanliness then they dont have to spoil the surrounding..Waste products can be recycled which adds a utilitative value and still it is not that expensive..
