It's my husband who reads the newspaper everyday. We don't buy newspaper everyday because my husband can read newspapers in his office where they have a daily paper. We also watch the news on TV everyday.

I do watch the news daily still I like to read the news paper.I live in a remote place so the vendor cannot bring me my paper. I send a person to get it and by the time the paper arrives its evening.Still I love to sit and read it.No news will be new I would have seen the latest news on TV.I buy two papers one in English and the other in the local language.

I do not buy the newspaper anymore, I used to buy one everyday. Now that we have the internet, I usually get my news from there. I also will listen to the news on television to get the news. Newspapers have gotten expensive, and then afterwards the have to be disposed of by recycling, and I rather not be bothered with that. the internet and TV are two sources that I find satisfactory.

I used to, I really like to read a newspaper, but now a days there is too much fluff. I really don't care what the Obama's are eating or wearing. And the tons of paper to throw away got annoying. Now I just read it online and listen to the raio. It just wasn't worth the 50 cents!

We have to recycle our newspapers and we cannot burn them, and I find that when we did, the papers were tied up and waited until they were picked up, so we prefer to get our news from the internet and the tv sometimes. Besides I need glasses for the very small print. Most of the news I get is from the internet and I subscribe to a few Christian news sites so I get a balanced view when the one I get from CNN, Yahoo, etc. are very on sided.

I get my newspaper daily. I do not enjoy watching news on TV or net. Moroever, most of the TV News channels serve you everything other than NEWS. I can read my newspaper at my leisure and as per my convenience, however, for watching TV news, I'll have sit in front of my TV. Reading newspapers is an old habit of mine and I just cannot be without my newspapers. If any day my hawker does not turn up, I go to the market to buy my copy of the newspaper. I get two newspapers everyday one English and one Hindi and read some of news in the morning, before I leave for my office and rest of the important news I try to scroll through in the evening, when I return from my office. On Sundays, I get three newspapers and love reading their supplments and magzines sections. I do not like watching TV programme, such as daily soaps etc., instead love to read something to enhance my knowledge and to give some mental exercise to my brain. I believe, when I read newspaper, it not only gives me a kind of mental stimulation and satisfaction but also keeps me updated about the latest happenings around the city, nation and the world.

When I worked outside the home, buying a newspaper and a cup of coffee on my way to work everyday (or on my way home depending on my shift) was part of my daily routine - and I loved that! When I started working from home, I subscribed to a delivery service for a long period of time. We had to cut areas of our budget out, so it's been lacking in our household for a long time. I miss my daily newspaper a lot, and I try to buy one at least once or twice a month. I know that isn't nearly as much as I used to read them, but I'm not "out" as much as I used to be either.

The area i live in has two weekly newspapers. I dont buy tham but if i want to read them i go over to the library and read them. One of them i also can read parts of online so i check online from time to time. When i lived in the city i'd stop at the library as well and read the paper there or read the one that the teacher brought to class at noon. I hate buying things when i can borrow and return them!

Oh yes, I just cant do without my morning reading! It was only on the 27th when we had no newspapers as the day before was Republic Day and all the newspaper offices were closed. It was such an empty feeling you know, not having the crisp fresh newspaper in your hands with a steaming cup of tea beside meā€¦the day started on a very drab note indeed! No amount of news channels on TV can ever replace the joy of actually holding the newspaper in my hands.

Well hello my friend. I don't buy newspapers in general because i can get at least 1 (or 2 if i ma lucky ) for free, at the subway stations. They are produced by the same owners of the best well known newspaper in the country, so they have mainly the same news in them. I could also read only but in general i don't look to read general news online, unless i am looking for something in particular.

No we don't buy newspapers everyday because we read news from the web. It has been going for months now until a fellow tennister is selling newspaper at the tennis court every morning. My hubby just can't say no to him so now, he is buying newspaper everyday.

I pretty much read all my news online and catch the news again at night on the television. I was in the habit of buying the Sunday paper but then I got so broke I couldn't afford it anymore. Now I rather just enjoy my news free.
