Men are in more trouble these with child support. but the real problem is, is the ones that are not the fathers and did not sign the birth certificate and that they are made to pay anyway. I know that there are men that are deadbeats but just to give it to the women without dna testing done is ridiculous. The mens lives can be ruined for that kind of thing. Truthfully when does it become equal again and not just give everything top the woman on heresay. Im not saying all women do but some do

I know I am a woman and I feel what you are saying. I know some men get caught up with child support and never get out. And to think it may not even be their child. In Ohio I know there is an option when you go to child support court that you can request a dna test. But my question are they fool proof? I am not saying they are but how do we really know? But I feel what you are trying to say here. I think men and women both need to stop playing games and take care of their kids without getting the state invloulved. To me a kid is not a paycheck and I feel that is what alot of people do. I say grown up and take care of your kids together if not help each other dont take them to court unless you have too.
