Everyone is supposed to have one. A phobia is defined as an irrational fear. For example being scared of sharks is irrational they live in the sea and can't harm you normally. Being scared of being in shark infested waters is rational as there's very real danger.

My biggest Phobia is being left alone in my house in my bed because unlike when I am in my wheelchair, should anything happen I am stuck there. If I am in my wheelchair at least I can open the door and escape hopefully.

Based on some bad experiences, I think, I fear being debilitated and unable to even call 911. I live alone in a very large house, and I never have a phone out of reach for this reason.

I wouldn't say that being scared of sharks is necessarily a phobia, I think that's pretty much common sense! However, not being able too look at a picture of a shark, or shark movies or not being able to think about a shark in your imagination without getting the fear would be a phobia.
I personally don't have any phobias any more. I used to be scared of moths mainly, but I linked that to a previous experience that happened early on in my life and I used psychology, hypnosis and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to get rid of those fears and I haven't been scared of anything since.

I am always afraid of height. My thoughts when I am looking down from the top of a tall building is about the things will happen if I fall down . If I am at some height like a mountain highway where there are only some concrete railings standing intermittantly I will take all precautions so that not even the wind can pull me down. I was scarred of darkness, but then I overcame it after my superstitious beliefs were gone.

My biggest fear is driving over a bridge that's over water, swirving off the bridge, landing in the water, not being able to get out of the vehicle, and drowning. I have nightmares about this all the time.
