would like some help?

Pretty much all you do is start discussions and respond to others discussions. When responding, make sure that you type at least six sentences. When starting, make sure that they are not just yes,no questions. Make sure that they are something others can respond to. Then once you get responses, you have to rate them. You will see the + or - on the right hand side of their response. It takes time for the money to add up, but they really do pay. Once you get going and stop thinking about the earnings, you will find yourself coming on and typing away and you will notice that your earnings start building faster. After so many posts ( I am not sure if it is 100 or more), you can then add photos to your discussions. You get paid for them also.

Basically, you post discussions as you would on any type of internet forum, and you earn by for every post you make. Honestly, nobody really fully understands the MyLot algorithm for how earnings are calculated. So nobody can tell you exactly how much you will earn for every post you make. I do know that quality will earn you more than quantity. If you post a lot of short one sentence long responses, then you probably won't earn any money at all. However, if you post a few lengthy, informative and helpful responses you will earn quite a bit. The key is to be as helpful as possible. You want a lot of high ratings and "Best Responses". So try not to just repeat what other users have already said, or post responses saying you don't the answer. If you don't know the answer, try to suggest places the original poster might go to find the answer. Simply saying "I don't know" won't help anyone and won't earn you any money! Good luck on MyLot! I think everyone has done a pretty good job of explaining things, but I'll do some explaining, too. First of all, no one really knows how they award money on here, but everyone tends to have some ideas. Make sure you make quality posts. Atleast 4 or so lines probably and stay on topic! Respond to the people who respond to topics you have started. Rate posts. Tag your discussions. This way they can be easily found by people searcing for particular topics. Add friends with similar interests to yours (like maybe send a few friend requests to people who started discussions on topics you enjoy). Then you have liks to your friends' recent activity on your main page and can join in on things they have posted. Add lots of interests. This way you have a lot of variety on your main page to look at without having to do a lot o searching. The biggest thing, is DON'T GIVE UP!! This is a really fun site and you an make money. I have reached payout once and it was cool when I finally got that first payout in my paypal account! I always just try to respond to discussion and start discussions on things that I really like. That way I know that I have plenty to say about that topic.

Hello samma00, myLot is a community in which you shouldn't feel stressed or depressed about earning money. You'll get a lot of advice in myLot how you could earn some money (especially in this interest where you posted your discussion at the moment). The money you get in myLot is a bonus to your contribution to this community. It works like the other users already described. I'll add some other things to it. Quality was mentioned already in the previous response. It means not only writing just 4-5 lines of text, but writing it with meaningful content that contributes to the discussion (you don't need to have the same opinion with the person who started a discussion topic, you just have to explain your position clearly ). When you comment on your own discussion -which i would recommend (and myLot also recommends) because it keeps a discussion going on and it can make you additional cents into your earnings account- use not the "Thank you for your response". Try to find something from your own opinion that's connected with the answer you got from the member/discussion topic. If you can't reach 4 lines as a comment, it's not that worse because each comment adds up in the end of the day (but you should try to make it to 4 lines). Rating was mentioned, too, in your discussion. If you like to read the FAQs about Discussion and Discussion Rating System you will see the advice from myLot to rate as many responses, comments and discussions as possible when you think it contributes positively to the discussion and the community or when it's just a good advice that you need to know yourself. You can/should rate negatively when it's a non-sense or against the guidelines answer/discussion. The earnings algorithm of myLot includes quality response, relevant discussion + image, reputation of the member (you'll see your reputation when you reach 100 points, then a star will appear on the left of your nickname). At 200 points you can use the smileys (hidden behind the myLot code, you'll see the link of it when you make a new discussion/response/comment), but you can use already the functions "bold", "italic" and "underline". When you reach 500 points you can add images like i mentioned towards the first response and you can Copy & Paste text .
