Today, 3 kids with a reported stolen bycicle.

As I was crossing a street today, 3 kids were riding their bycicles (Well, I assumed that). Then, I saw a patrol and OMG I thought he was going to run over the little girl. He stepped out quickly and told the oldest kid that, this bycicle had been reported stolen. That's all I heard, I just kept on walking. I'm wondering where the parents of these kids were at. By the way, the stolen one was really a trycicle, with a license plate! Maybe it belonged to an old person. The kid who apparently stole it appeared to be 12-13 years old. Share your views!

Well, as for the parents, you really can't blame them. At 12 & 13, they can't be watching over them 24/7. Many kids, on their own, are great kids and would not dream of doing stuff like this. You put a few of them together and their collective minds come up with all sorts of crazy stuff. I'm glad they were caught. I'm sure the parents were called and hopefully disciplined them at home.
