I am a person who reads a lot as well as watch movies all the time on my computer, so my eyes get sore and hurt in the light even if I were to keep a light on, have a glare protector AND watch my eyes.
Do your Eyes Burn when you Finish using your Computer/ are they Discoloured?

Hi bossladdy, you have asked very nice question each and every computer user must know about this. When we look at our computer monitor contineously our eyes should feel burning because we are concentrating our view on a bright light source. The concentration required more constantly when compare to other normal reading. TV watching also the same experience. We have to give some break for this contineous watching we have to wake up for a while or turn your eyes on some other objects they may be some hanging fixed on your wall do some relaxation by closing your eyes for a while and focus some objects that are close to you and focus the object that is far from you with in your house and view. So this 5 minutes breake will go off. Then start enjoying reading or watching. For each and every one hour or when ever you feel tired you can do this to continue your reading or working or watching TV. Now you will see the difference.
I am a system administrator working 16 hours a day on PC. How could I able survive in my job...by these exercises only.

I appreciate an experts view. I plan on becoming a system admin or analyst later on.
But my problem is I get relly involved in what I am doing and I don't remember to take breaks until i'm done or if i'm interupted.

it's been my work too..spending lots of computer infront of my computer.surfing the net...watching you tube..and read a lots..and yes..sometimes my eyes get discoloured but to prevent this i have tried using sun glasses as my eyes protector then it is effective to me...i just don't know with other computer users if eyeglasses is already enough to them.

I would NEVER have thought of that. That displays great imagination I like that idea a lot although i doubt i would do it as sunglasses arn't really my style. LOL Thanks i'm not laughing at you but i found that very funny and kinda cool.
