I find myself watching reality more and more. I am a fan of Big Brother. I didn't start out to be. The idea of locking a bunch of strangers in a house together didn't seem that exciting to me. But my brother was into the show and I watched a summer season and got hooked.
Another show I watch regularly is Biggest Loser. That's the one show where you can actually see peolpe changing their lives. Win or lose the money, they have still won a new lease on life. I find alot of inspiration in that show.
The last reality type show that I watch is Dancing With the Stars. This last season was getting a little silly. Hopefully they'll reign it back in.
Shows I have yet to fall prey to, Survivor, American Idol(I just can't make it through those first weeks), Amazin Race (although this one i find interesting, I may start to watch), Top Model, or any Bachelor/Bachelorette type show. I just can't get into these shows for anything.
The fact of the matter is networks are flooding the airwaves with "reality" tv because it is way cheaper to produce. Although there are a few shows that I do enjoy, I really hope not to see too much more.

I am exactly like you. Virtually all of the television that I watch is reality tv. My favorites are Amazing Race and Survivor but I watch all of them. I go through withdrawals in between seasons or on nights when I don't have any reality shows to watch. Give me a reality show or a good mystery movie and I'm happy.

Right now I'm watching "True Beauty' and looking forward to the start of "Amazing Race". That is about it for me as far as reality TV goes. I usually just watch the "Amazing Race" when it comes on. I like to see how the contestants do with the competitions.

When I was a teen I didn't really mind reality TV. I used to like watching The Real World on MTV and sometimes I watched Survivor. However, as I've gotten older I've really started to hate reality TV. Reality TV isn't always reality TV. People really put a lot of effort into creating a lot of situations for people to cause drama and to stir stuff up. I think the concept of reality TV is getting old I'm not sure why people want to watch reality when their lives are reality.

OMG! This really makes me laugh! I was just thinking the other night when I was watching the new reality show "Biggest Tool", haha, that I HAD to be a reality junkie. Tooo funny!
I watch almost all of them, it's crazy. There's only a couple I find are kind of boring but most of them are hysterical and Yes, I have to admit, I'm addicted.

I am not addicted to reality shows only but i do enjoy watching them. I find them hundred times better than the stupid soap serials with their intrigue and lousy content. I prefer reality shows because they throw up surprises and one does not know till the end who the winner will be. Moreover they are fun to watch and sometimes one gets involved in them. I also like music programs and Discovery, Animal Planet and National Geo channels for their amazing and wonderful content.

hubby and i enjoy watching biggest loser, but thats about it when it comes to reality shows. i primarily watch history shows and ocassionally they have 'reality shows' on this station (where people recreate battles or the one that they had on over the fall was re-exanining world war 1 battle fields for remnants and then connecting them to men that fought. it was facinating!)

Hi, I rarely watch reality tv shows, the only one I got into was temptation island and it faded away because these couples didn't break up after all the temptation thrown at them.
