I need a healthy pizza dough recipe. I'd really like a recipe with lots of fiber, mostly or totally whole-wheat flour or cornmeal. The more fiber in it the better. The less white bleached milled flour in it, the better. The less saturated fat or oil in it the better. The less processed sugar in it, the better. And if it cooks up in a bread machine, even better.
So do you have a good one to share or can you point me to a good link? I'd really appreciate it.

I don't know a recipe but if your looking for fiber Try a product called Ground Salba. It is a natural whole food, It is in a powder like form. You can add it to anything that you drink, or eat. You can add it to almost anything. Sprinkle it on your salad. I also add it to my oatmeal. You can use it as a thicking agent in stews. You can also add it in your dough for your pizza. It is a real good source of fiber. I get my salba at a health food store.

Thanks. I thought I knew about most fiber, but that's a new one for me. I'll check it out on my next health food store errand. And I am going to try another thing...I plan to see if it's possible to use fat-free sour cream in place of the fat in the crust, and have it still turn out.
