Wher's the best place online to search for cars?

I don't know that Craigslist is the best place to find a car. You don't know exactly how the car has been taken care of. And what if you buy it and it breaks down the next day? You bought the car so you would be responsible for paying to fix it. I am in the market for a new car too and am thinking about going the used route. I like looking at vehix.com and carmax.com. Most of the cars on Vehix are from dealerships and they have a warranty when you purchase it. Same thing for CarMax, they offer a warranty too. If you have the time you might want to check out your local dealerships. They have certified used vehicles there and offer good warrranties. Good luck!

You can try Edmunds.com also...that's where I bought my car from. They have great advice too. All in all, just beware as with any site, and have a mechanic always check the car first. It's just common sense to do that and helps prevent hidden problems. Good Luck!
