Just sign up/register to www.reviewme.com and after signup, you will see the payoneer card photo below the hope page.
Click it(payoneer card photo) and you will be diverted to payoneer card signing up.
Fill up the form with real information and you will wait for confirmation in your email.
After you are confirmed, wait for your payoneer card in your home address for 2-3 weeks.
I already got my Payoneer card after 3 weeks at my door..and i am not from USA.
Go grab it now before it's too late..

Hi raynejasper, I think what our friends here want to say is that, to be verified in paypal you need a credit or debit card like pioneer. We don't get earnings from doing this. You don't need to load the card because when you load it you need to pay for the fees needed loading your card. AS I already told you before that the main reason why we need the card is to verify our paypal account for free. I hope you understand what I am trying to say here hehehe have a nice day.

Hi leonrodeldel, how are you... sounds yuor kinda happy for receiving the payooner debit card huh. Well you were right you don't need to pay unless you will use it for loading money. We can use the card by activating our paypal account to be verified. Sounds Cool to me, I already check and register, now its waiting time. You said 2 - 3 weeks well then lets see. thank you for this great info.

Careful. Payoneer cards are NOT free. In fact, there are quite a few fees associated with the card. They charge a fee each time money is loaded onto the card ($2.00 per transaction), each month to maintain the account ($3.00 per month), and each time you use it at an ATM (varies: $1.35 for US, $2.15 + 3% of transaction for non-US).
I would really check into this before you sign up. It may be that the benefits outweigh the fees, but it is not free. In fact, the reviewme.com site activation for the Payoneer card indicates a $5.00 activation fee for US and $10.00 activation fee for non-US residents.

i receive my payooneer card afte 3 weeks here in the philippines without any fee my friend.

wow, this sounds great, I will have to check it out. I just opened my paypal account and dont have a cent in there yet...but I will look to see what this is all about and if it will be beneficial to me... thanks for the info!!!
