Question about starting a discussion

Good day to all of you. I just want to ask if you start a discussion and members response to your post and you would like to comment or reply them, you will not get a points for that comment? Before, whenever I started a discussion and leave a comment to all the people that response to my discussion, I get credits, my points increase. But now, whenever I reply to those who response to my discussion, I get no credit at all. Is this only happening to me only? Thanks for your response!
