"Happiness is nothing more than good health and a bad memory." that is a quote I read recently, so would like to share at this moment, when most of us are facing difficulties, big or small.
To be happy, we need to change for a better perspective. Instead of being bothered by unhappy memories, passively awaiting for help, it is better off looking forward, focusing on solutions by whatever at hand, however minute it seems to help.
Your opinion and experience to share?

I didn't understand the saying of bad memory at my first sight, but I totally understand what you are saying now, good health and a bad memory will surely make you happy in your life,we should always focus on the things we are pursuing,a bad memory really helps make a good mood

recent medical study proves that 98 % diseases are pcycho-somatic - that is its origin is inside the mind.so dont be depressed to think about the momoris which hurt you.rather than be optimistic and focus ahead towards future .

Hi zhuhuifen, There is a great truth in that quote, as being able to forget the pain of the past and leave it there means living in the now. As far as our physical life is concerned, none of us knows if we will be here for even another hour, so to live in the moment and always expect the best is the key to enjoying life. Blessings.
