Wow, that's quite a lot of work. Good on you, hope you get there. Today has not been my most productive day as I was out most of the day and only just managed to get on line now; had printer problems, all delays, but here I am. I will be lucky if I do 10 responses today. I will try to get more done tomorrow but it is the last day of school holidays here in Australia and I have a 7 year old who is not too keen to let me get on with MyLot. She's back at school on Monday!

Hey rberon1985. I do hope that you manage to achieve your goal. Even though I might set my aim to reach a 100 post daily I find it very difficult to achieve due to my present work load and family commiments. But I don't see why we should no have even a target for mylot. I do hope that you continue posing more than 10 quality postings a day. Good luck in your quest.

Well, I don't really have a goal of what to do on MyLot each day. I am always just happy to have time to get on here and answer some discussions. I rarely have time to start one. So good luck to you and crossing my fingers for ya!

Have you ever done 100 posts before? How long did it take you? If not please let me know how long it does take you today. I have tried that before and I felt like I was on the computer all day! and still I think I only accomplished posting about 45 to 50!! So I have never set my goal that high again!

rberon 1985 sounds really high goals! Wow! My goal tomrrow is to pick up my computer which is finally fixed! It only took 10 weeks! In a few days I'll be spending more time on mylot at home,finally! I'll have more time and won't have to use the work computers all the time! Yey me!

today should be a nice slow day here at work. so i am going to try and start at least 4 new topics and respond to at least 50. On your Mark, Get Set, GO........

You are very brave, it seem that you intend to post 100 responses. I think you need to be in front of your computer for atleast 6-7 hours to complete 100 responses and if all are going to be quality responses, you may perhaphs need more time to complete your target. Best of Luck to you.

Good luck on your goal, though I suppose that I am a little late and you have either reached your goal or run out of time. In that case, how did you do? Did you make it? For me, I don't set too many specific goals in the number of posts I want to make. Some days, I set a goal to reply to at least one discussion that has been started by each of my friends. This is usually possible for me to accomplish, but I will not answer a discussion that I really have nothing to add to just for the sake of reaching my goal. It does help with motivation, though when you have a target in mind. Using your goal of 10 quality discussions as an example, how do you determine if it is quality? Do you rely on the number of responses as a gauge? Or is it just that you put some effort into the topic and hope for responses? If you start a discussion that no one replied to, do you still count that toward your goal or do you start an additional discussion to make up for it? I hope that you were able to meet your goal to your satisfaction!

My goal today is to simply be awake till go home. Do a good job at work and try to relax and have some fun here in mylot. I know like this takes time to make the money but I can´t be pushing myself that much. I already have to drinks lots of cafeine to keep awake the whole day cause I am a night person. So lets have fun and mylot a lot!!!

I do have a goal, but it has nothing to do with Mylot. I have some work I really need to do but have been putting it off. I just haven't been motivated to do it, but it is something that HAS TO BE DONE! You have inspired me to get off my lazy butt and get busy.

Hello. I onced tried to meet a similar target and started to calculate how much time it would take me post one response. First I would have to read what the discussion is about and then think of what I would respond to that discussion. I calculated that it would take aprox. 5 to 10 mins to read and make a quality response. So, that's about 6 - 12 responses per hours. So, you would have to dedicate more than 8hrs in order to make 100 quality responses. It's not impossible, but I don't think it's worth it, given that you'll probably only earn about $10 - $20. But then again, it is a challenge!!

Yes, I think that is a very good idea. I'm going to take that advice. My goal is to responde to every discussion from they MyLot digest i recieved in my email box this morning. And I'm going to try to do this every morning and see what happens. But of course I'm going to also start at least one discussion every day but that all depends on my time and if I am working or if i have a day off. :?)

This is a very big ambition:) Today I just want to try to respond to more discussions and I have no target at all. As nowadays it's our Chinese New Year holiday. So I am busy with it and I just try to squeeze some time here to mean I am still active:) I love China

Wow! That is a lot of responses to make. The most I can make in a day is about 30. I counted the other day. But I guess having a target is good, but quite stressful on yourself, don't you think? Were you inspired by a recent mylotter who did just that recently?

Ya its of course good to set targets before working. I used to do this before. My first target was to reach 100 as soon as possible so that I can get a star. I think I made that in my 3rd day itself. Haha. Then I aimed for 200. And made that also soon. I was able to make some 50 responses per day. That was bit hard only. So I think 100 has to be too hard for you. You will need to work very hard for that. Then I targeted 500th post and after that I aimed to earn $1 per day. I was earning $1 per day continuously for a month. That isn't hard but it needs our activity here. When I was setting targets, I was able to earn more here. But now, I don't set any targets and don't earn much here. Haha. Happy mylotting. Good luck. I seriously do not understand how to increase the earnings in mylot. If I post 30 posts on one day, I get the same amount and if I post 10 posts per day, I get the same amount. I am unable to figure it out. Hope someone would help.
