Does noise stress you out? Is your home noisy? I feel stress when it's noisy at home, especially when the tv is on in the living room or when someone's computer speakers are emitting noise loud enough to hear down the hall. Noise is very disruptive and it's one of the major causes of stress. I look forward to one day having my own living space without noise in the house.

Well for me its pollution especially noise and horn sounds of vehicles and speakers and dust always set me off and i feel to clean my home and things from dust.

i work as a bassist in a band. so my working place is noisy so when i get home i like the house to be not so quiet but not so noisy that will not make me have a good rest. i have a son and the noise he is making does not make me stress. it is pleasing to the ear. but when he starts to cry that is a different thing. i reall get up and see what is wrong.

noise is definitely one of the most common stress factors in everyday life. having abit of noise in my house doesn't stress me out unless i'm trying to concentrate on something. if not, then most of the time i can just tune the noise out, provided it is not too disruptive.

Hey, you want to come to my house?! I have 6 extremely noisy kids!! It drives me insane!! I was so use to having a quiet and peacful house now I don't have that unless the kids are in bed! I try to teach them to use inside voices and to quiet it down, but they never do!

If it's just your normal average day then a bit of noise doesn't get to me. If I'm trying to concentrate on something then yes it's going to get to me and the more it does the more it will stress me out. There are certain situations where noise will get to me. It also depends on what the noise is.
