Yawn. More Bush empty talk. He's just trying to save face, as he knows his next 2 years wil be hampered by the democrat's win.
Have a nice day!

Who knows what they are saying these days on tv to smooth things over. I'm glad Rumsfield took a walk but it should have been sooner. I can barely listen to those speeches

Actually Saddam was supporting terrorism and with that, one could get the idea that he was hiding weapons and since terrorists use weapons and the more destructive the better, it is only natural for the President to have assumed that there were weapons of mass destruction hidden all over Iraq. As for Rumsfeld, he has experience and has been around so he knows what to do. The fact, that some people do not like Bush is immaterial. Oh do you wish that Saddam Hussein is still in power?

That's true.. I guess the concern was the getting of wmd's to terrorists.. or maybe because Saddam terrorized his people..

I have no idea what Bush was talking about, maybe he was just trying to make Rumsfeld look good.

He was probably talking about Iraq. Was Rumsfeld around for the Kosovo conflict? I can't remember.
