Are you the type of person that worries over things like health issues and is along the lines of being a hypochondriac? I am not necessarily one of those people but I have heard of them. Do you know anyone that is a hypochondriac?

There are times when I worry about some things like my health. I have had cancer in the past so I do tend to worry that I could get it again with all the risk factors that I already have. But I am trying to take it one day at a time right now.

hypochondria is a type of acute mania in which a person always think that he may suffer in serious diseases.that is more harmful because though you are not going to be seriously sick, you remain always in tension and your nervous system might be affected .

hi bamakelly!
well, let us just say that i am concerned, but i am not really exhausting myself worrying. worrying will just increase our health problems--it will not lengthen our lives and will just give us unnecessary stress.
so i try to eat health, or at least in moderation of everything, get enough physical activity and then rest. i also try to stay happy.
i think these are the best things that we can do with our lives and with health.
take care dear and God bless you!
i really need to get to bed. bye bye!
happy mylotting! :-)
