i envy people like you who are able to sleep so soundly in the evenings, night after night.
for me, and anyone among my three kids, it is such a rare thing to behold to have an excellently rested night sleeping experience.
for those who sleep so well in the evenings, i wonder if you can give me some tips as to how you are so easily able to achieve this feat.

I try to partake in activites which relax me mentally. I like to watch some movie, reading an engrossing book/magazine, music...anything which i can myself into...the hours fly away. I get tired and i end up usually forgetting my troubles. The mind should be at ease in order to get a sound sleep.

hi bamakelly!
wow! you are pretty active in starting discussions! i can't keep up! lol but i will have to sleep in a while. it is already getting late here and my eyes are tired, because i cried awhile ago.
well to answer your question, yeah, i do that, especially that now i am pregnant. i would wake up and not be able to sleep immediately. after awhile of tossing and turning, my stomach would start grumbling and then the baby would move around, making it impossible to go back to sleep. so i would have to get up and grab myself a sandwich or something. then i would drink water, brush my teeth and try to go back to sleep.
it is so much easier to go back to sleep when my stomach is full. lol
but i hope i wont do taht anymore when i give birth or else i would not be able to lose the weight i gained so far.
oh i am having a bad headache already, i really need to go to sleep.
take care dear and God bless you!
happy mylotting! :-)

Yep and I feel that is why I have extra padding on my hips and thighs.I bought low fat yogurt to help with these night time munchies. So far it has helped.

when I was well I never woke up in the middle of the night but now that I am disabled I do have problems sleeping so I woke up at all crazy hours, sometimes I am hungry when I wake up but most of the time it is to go bathroom or because I am in pain and it wakes me up.

If I wake up hungry, I've got to eat something, else I won't be able to go back to sleep with all the noise my stomach is making! I would either go for snacks, sandwiches or noodles.

no, i have never experienced waking up in the middle of night feeling so hungry.
maybe, this can be attributed to the fact that i try my best to stay away from food on late evenings always.
the times when i take food during the late evening hours were those days when we will be rendering overnight jobs at the office.
i will admit that there are times when unexpected visitors come in in the middle of the night and i have to prepare some food for them and eat with them. this happens very rarely though. the incident mostly involves members of the family where i came from...my mother and siblings.

Dear friend,
I do been eating late but at times if I had eaten full stomach it much difficult for me to sleep. Also I would wake up in the middle of night at times and sometimes mostly. It really keeps me tried in the next day if I did not have a good sleep during the night.
