Do you sleep sound at night?

I do not sleep well at night.Going to bed late,I always dream a lot,more,I would wake up easily even for light noisy.But during the daylight,I seldom feel sleepy.Maybe I'm such person that only need a few hours for rest.However,I read some reports said good quality of sleep is so important for health.Then according to my situation,I doubt that I'm not in good health?

yes i sleep more and fond of sleep. if i feel restless and bore ,i will sleep more. after i slept ,i will not awake for small sounds.but my husband will sleep good sleep with snoring and he will wake up for small sounds also .
good quality sleep is necessary as u told , and u should sleep atleast 7-8 hours for our good health. so try to sleep atleast 8 hours. and sleep more time in night only. more hours of day sleep is not good to any one. if u don;t sleep for 7,8 hours in night, in morning we don;t feel well .u feel drowsy and there will be no interest in doing some works. and we will not finish your work in time.
so try to avoid sleep in mornings and go to bed quickly in night and if u don;t get sleep quickly , drink hot milk and try to sleep more time. then there will no drowsyness and sleepy mood in morning. and u will not sleep also in morning.
if u sleep sufficient sleep there will be no health problems for u and u can lead a good life.

Even i am a person who wake up even at the slightest sound. But i do get sound sleep. Yes sound sleep is very important for the good health. Listening to good music can also help in improving sleep. Just give it a try.
