I don't believe that they are the same yeasts at all. I also do not believe that you can get a yeast infection from eating bread. That just sounds silly.
Basically, male or female, you can get yeast infections from another person or more than likely from wet or unventilated underwear. That is a breeding ground for yeast growth.
So, go ahead and enjoy eating bread, it won't give you a yeast infection.
Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

Same that they are both live bacteria but not the same thing. Eating bread does not cause yeast infections. Some of the causes are on women - wiping back to front, not enough water, or just live active bacteria. This is also contagious. But it is very easy to treat. First make sure that that is what you have, it is very similar to other infections. See your doctor.

wahahhahaha!modstar you are so funny.LOL!no, they are not the same, yeast infection are fleshy, yellowish bacteria that grow around the infected skin especially when the area (especially around the thighs of women)is always damp and wet and will not be clean, this bacteria will become alive and will caused itchiness and infection.
The yeast in bread used to make the bread soft, expand and good to eat, it is also fleshy in color but not the same that of infection. And you eating bread will not cause any yeast infection, they are extremely different.
